Whether you’re brand-new to sewing or an experienced maker looking for a quick and satisfying project, this class is the perfect creative escape. You’ll stitch up a versatile slouchy bag that flips for two different looks—great for travel, everyday use, or adding a little sewing magic to your wardrobe. We’ll sew with canvas and quilting cotton, use simple techniques, and walk through every step together. All materials and the printed pattern are included, and you’ll take the pattern home so you can make as many bags as you like. Come relax, create, and enjoy sewing in a friendly, supportive environment—and leave with a finished bag and the confidence to Sew Anything! No Prior Sewing Experience Needed to Join this Class!
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a sewing class or session, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sewamusing.com so that we can fill your spot. If we are able to fill your spot then you will get a 100% refund, minus $5 service fee. If we are unable to fill your spot, then we can offer a full credit toward another class, or a 50% refund on your original class. Thanks for supporting our small business! The class is designed for ages 13 and up. If you have a child younger than 13 interested in sewing, then please reach out to me for private lessons. All participants will need to sign a waiver before class. Classes will be held at San Carlos Art Circles in San Carlos, CA. Directions and instructions for parking and easy unloading/loading of your sewing machine will be sent as the class date approaches.
